Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Clubpost and go to Settings.
2. Under Backup and sync, tap Delete account.
3. Type confirm and tap OK.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in with the subject "Clubpost account deletion". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your Clubpost account (sign-in details, email, marketing preference and subscription status).
• Every team you own, with its players, opponents, fixtures, line-ups and Player of the Match awards.
• Their backed-up images: crests, sponsor logos and player photos.
• When you delete in the app, everything Clubpost stores on that phone too.

Teams you share with other members are kept for them, and only your membership is removed. Encrypted server backups are overwritten within about 30 days. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as required for tax and accounting.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel Clubpost Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (how to cancel).

Only want to remove some data?

You can delete individual players, matches or teams in the app at any time, and they're removed from your backup on the next sync. You can also switch off a player's photo or show initials only. See our privacy policy for more.
