Getting started
How do I add my squad quickly?
In Squad, tap the add button and choose Paste squad from WhatsApp. Copy your team list first. Clubpost picks out names, shirt numbers like "#7" or "7 -" and positions like "(GK)".
How do I make a graphic?
Create a match in Matches, tap Open matchday and choose the graphic you want: fixture, line-up, goal, half-time, full time, Player of the Match or postponed. Pick a design, then tap save or share.
Can I use it for more than one team?
Yes, with Pro. In Club, tap the switch icon next to your team and choose Add team. Each team has its own squad, fixtures, crest and colours.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe, then go to Settings → Restore purchases (iPhone). On Android, purchases restore automatically.
How do I cancel?
- iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Clubpost → Cancel subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Clubpost → Cancel.
Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies.
Account and backup
Do I need to sign in?
No. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and free, and lets you restore your team on a new phone. Ongoing backup and sync is part of Pro.
Why don't my scores show on another phone?
For privacy, scores, goals, cards and the graphics you make stay on the phone where you entered them. Your team, squad, fixtures and line-ups sync.
How do I delete my account?
Players and photos
A parent has asked us not to show their child's photo
Open the player in Squad and switch off Photo can be shown. Graphics will use the kit instead. You can also switch on Show initials only, or delete the player.
